Sereno is a calm home for your renovation — snap a photo of a room, and Sereno proposes clear next steps you can approve, so your budget, rooms, decisions and contractors all stay in one place.

Create your project in onboarding (its name, budget and a few rooms), then start adding photos and reviewing the suggestions Sereno surfaces. You stay in control the whole way — nothing happens to your plan unless you approve it.

When you add a photo or details about a room, Sereno turns them into small, concrete proposals — a budget line to set aside, a decision to record, a task for a room. Each one waits for your approval. Approve it and it becomes real in your plan; dismiss it and it quietly goes away.

No. Sereno’s suggestions are advisory. It proposes; you decide. Nothing is added to your budget, decisions or rooms until you press Approve, and every approval is traceable back to the proposal it came from.

Treat them as a helpful starting point, not a quote. Sereno is good at structure and reminders — the right contingency buffer, a decision worth recording, a room to prioritise — but you know your home and your trades best. Always sanity-check figures against real quotes.

Yes. Anything an approval creates — a budget item, a decision, a task — lives in its normal place in the app, where you can edit or remove it like anything else you added yourself.

Manage your subscription from your account’s billing settings. If anything looks off on an invoice, email us at hello@sereno.studio and we’ll sort it out.

Your project is private to you and the people you explicitly invite to it. Teammates you add see only the projects they’ve been invited to. For the full details, read our privacy policy.

Yes — Sereno is built so your plan is yours. You can export your project’s data and documents from within the app, so you always have a copy to keep or share with your contractor.

Open Settingsand use the “Delete account” section. This permanently removes your account and every project you own — rooms, budgets, contractors, decisions, documents and photos — and cannot be undone.
