How Sereno plans your renovation

Sereno is a calm command center for a whole renovation. The idea is simple: the app does the reading and the proposing, and you only ever have to say yes. Here is the loop, honestly described — including what the AI does and, just as importantly, what it does not.

1. A photo becomes a starting point

Snap any room, wall or aerial view of your plot. Sereno reads the condition and the context — what is finished, what is mid-work, what looks like the obvious next concern — and turns it into structured starting points instead of a blank page. The same works for a floor plan: your rooms, floors and square metres set themselves up.

2. Sereno proposes the next right move

It reads the whole project — rooms, budget, contractors, documents, photos — and brings you a short, ranked list of the next right moves. Not a hundred tasks; the few that matter now, each with the reason it matters and what it depends on. 'Book the kitchen electrician before tiling.' 'Move €1,200 from contingency to bathrooms — that category is tracking over.'

3. You approve — or you don't

Every proposal is a suggestion you act on with one tap. Say yes and the change is applied: a task booked, a cost logged, a budget kept honest. Say no and Sereno steps back and re-reads. You are always the decision-maker; the app never spends, books or commits anything on its own.

4. Budget and timeline stay tracked

• Every expense, contractor and VAT amount is tracked in one place, by category.
• You get an alert before a category runs over, not after — with the contingency line always visible.
• Rooms and floors become a live map of progress: planned, in progress, done.
• Contractors can update tasks and log costs from WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Discord — no app to learn.

5. Your data stays yours

Your project, photos, budgets and documents are yours — exportable to PDF and CSV any time. No lock-in: month to month, cancel whenever, take a full export with you. We don't sell your data or train public models on it.
